We supply Bottom Rollers for all speed frames (LF 1400 A, Rieter F1/1A, LGRS & TS15) and all ring frames (LRG5/1, LR 6, Textool DJ 5 & DJ 50)
Our Bottom Rollers are made by EN 9 high grade steel, opposite Helix with high frequency induction hardened and fully hard chrome plated.
Hardened (Case Depth -0.7 to 1 mm & hardness +/-59 HRC) and assured with eccentric free Rotation.
We maintain Eccentricity levels within 0.02 mm.
Optimum clearances is maintained between Bore and pilot.
We also provide bottom rollers for all make of imported machineries too.

Services : We undertake fluted roller hard chrome plating and ruing work.

We manufacturing arm bars suitable for SKF PK 1600-40 / 1500 / 1550 fpr speed frames and SKF for PK 225 / PK 23 / PK 2025 / PK 2035 in ring frames.
Our arm bars are made out of low carbon steel, machined, ground and rust proof coating(Zinc plating or Blackodised).

We manufacturing fluted rollers for LRDO2S , DOS, RSB 851, RSB 951, D30, D35, D40.
RIETER S2 draw frames for all ribbon lap and silver lap former machines.
Fluted roller are thoroughly inspected in flute profile, Hardness, Eccentricity.
